I almost didn't get out of bed at all today....but I pulled it off. Hobbyjogged around at 7:19 pace, then did 5x10sec sprints up a big hill, then hobbyjogged home. My calves are sore/tight, and something around my quad/hip feels funny. Today I didn't have time to stretch. I've been good about it the last two days, so I think I'll be okay. And I'll stretch tomorrow.
