I massaged it and stretched a little last night, but I was still worried about my foot, and I should have been. It was not feeling very good for a while, but I figured out how to run on it normally and was able to roll through 12 miles like I wanted to. I wanted 7:30's, and hit 7:21's and felt very consistent. I was quick at the start, stayed quick, hit uphill and was hitting 7:40's for about 2 miles, then got quick again and right at the end I got tired and long run fatigue hit me a little bit. For no fuel I liked this run a lot. Also it was way cold. I thought my hands were gonna fall off. I hit some good stretching and I'll massage my foot again tonight and hopefully I can keep working through it.
